Congratulations to our 2nd year Basketball Team who won the North East Regional Final today against n Carrickmacross. The final score was 41-27 but it was a close match from start to finish. The whole team contributed to this performance. There was fantastic rebounding and individual and team performances. Top scorers today were K. Garry and L.McKenna. There was great defensive play by A.Hayes and K.Cleary and well done to the first yrs who played. Both A.O’Shea and C.O ‘Neill contributed with some free throws. We now progress to the all ireland series after Easter so hopefully we can progress further
